Family Health Month

  1. Eat a low-fat, high-fiber diet, including 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
  2. Make regular exercise a part of your daily routine (just 30 minutes each day)
  3. Over 40? Schedule mammograms every other year. Over 50? Schedule mammograms every year
  4. Self-exam every month-call a buddy to remind her to do the same.
