Caroline Davis is college student, wrapping up her last semester at Arizona State University. She has a deep passion for food. In fact, Caroline’s major of Nutrition Communications, not only helps keeps this passion ignited, but helps her share her love of food with others. As a forever student, she is always learning new recipes, or cooking techniques and is eager to share with others and hopes to become an avid blogger. In her free time, she loves to cook and bake and although it doesn’t always turn out as expected, she learns from each experience.

My name is Dakota, I am 22 years old, currently reside here in Tempe, Arizona with my wonderful boyfriend Isaias, I have finally entered my last semester of my undergraduate studies! My major is Nutrition, and I am also a partner at Starbucks full time. I transferred from the University of New Mexico, located in my hometown of Albuquerque, back in 2017 and I have to say, it was the best decision I have ever made. New Mexico was not the place for me, and I am able to be myself and live out my dreams. On top of doing school full time, working full time as a shift supervisor at Starbucks, I also do and teach an activity called color guard! On top of everything on my crazy schedule, I love food and helping people get to know food how I do! I hope my assistance comes of great help to you all!

Think Outside The Lunchbox Nutritionist

My life began in a small farming community with a very large family garden, more fruit trees than a kid cares to count and daily chores outdoors. In addition to teaching me the challenges that farmers face with the seasons to grow food, it also taught me to appreciate the texture and flavor of truly fresh produce. Most of our meals were eaten together as a family and were balanced with the major food groups (including dessert). I credit my parents with building this foundation and knowledge of how to balance life with health and helping me become who I am today.
