Reuel Rodriguez has worked as a professional chef for over ten years. With his unwavering compassion for others and positive leadership skills becoming a chef was a no-brainer. His passion for veganism and healthy eating began eight years ago when he decided to prioritize the planet. He dreams of going back to his roots and starting his own Hawaiian-fusion restaurant that not only tastes good but is good for you.His passion for healthy eating comes out in each delicious meal he prepares by using only the best ingredients To me Think Outside The Lunchbox means being mindful being creative and thinking from the Heart about our choices.

Laura Salyer

I am a professionally trained musician, passionate health and wellness advocate, weight lifter, and an avid animal lover. I have been making healthy, delicious plant based foods for my family and myself for over five years, and I love to experiment with desserts. I dream of opening my own fully plant-based restaurant and cafe in the future as I enjoy sharing my tasty treats with others. To me, Think Outside The Lunchbox™ means being original and creative with what you eat; it means being diligent and purposeful about what you put into your body, and striving to make healthful choices.

Kelley Williamson

I remember being around 6 years old and standing at the counter helping my mother stir cookies or frost cakes. I have always had a love for cooking and by the time I turned 8 I quickly became the full time cook for my family of 7 at the time. I would come home from school around 3:00 or 3:30 and then look at what my mother had laid out for thawing and then start planning what needed to be made first and what needed to be made last.
