I am a professionally trained musician, passionate health and wellness advocate, weight lifter, and an avid animal lover. I have been making healthy, delicious plant based foods for my family and myself for over five years, and I love to experiment with desserts. I dream of opening my own fully plant-based restaurant and cafe in the future as I enjoy sharing my tasty treats with others. I remember being around 6 years old and standing at the counter helping my mother stir cookies or frost cakes.
